General Terms
The minimum order amount in the Suveniiritehas.ee online store is 100 €.
- You must be logged in to place an order.
- Claims regarding product quantity, quality, and payment terms must be submitted no later than within 3 working days.
- Goods are delivered within up to 7 working days, unless agreed otherwise and provided that the goods are in stock.
- If an ordered item is not in stock, we will notify you and adjust the order.
Delivery
The delivery method can be selected during checkout. Within Tallinn, we deliver the goods ourselves free of charge.
Omniva courier
Courier delivery lets you order the parcel conveniently to your home or office. Once the goods in your order have been packed, the courier will contact you and agree on the exact delivery time.
Please inspect the parcel immediately upon receipt. If the parcel or goods are damaged, submit a claim to the courier immediately.
Omniva parcel machine
Goods can be delivered to an Omniva parcel machine if the maximum weight is 30 kg and the dimensions do not exceed 41 × 38 × 64 cm. When the parcel reaches the destination parcel machine, the recipient receives an SMS with the door code.
Please check the condition and contents of the parcel as soon as possible. If the goods are damaged, submit a claim at the nearest post office or through Omniva customer service at 661 6616.
Itella SmartPOST parcel machine
Goods can be delivered to an Itella SmartPOST parcel machine if all sides are under 60 cm and the weight is under 25 kg. When the parcel reaches the destination parcel machine, the recipient receives an SMS with the door code.
Venipak
We also use Venipak courier and parcel machine services for delivering goods.

Within Tallinn, we deliver the goods ourselves free of charge.
