In the terms of purchase, we distinguish between Customers (legal and natural persons) and Consumers (natural persons) with the rights granted to them according to different laws.
In addition to the regulation of this legal relationship, the laws of the Republic of Estonia deal with issues arising in the handling of products purchased through the e-shop.
SUVENIIRITEHAS may change purchase conditions, prices of products and services due to market changes and the need for better service. The changes are reflected in the public environment of the e-shop. The conditions and prices valid at the time of purchase are applied to the purchase transaction.
The product selection, prices and discounts may differ from the product selection, prices and discounts of the retail stores of SUVENIIRITEHAS OÜ.
ITEM PRICE AND PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
VAT is added to the products in the shopping cart.
A delivery fee may be added to the price of the products according to the delivery methods chosen by the Customer and the amount of purchases.
The product selection, prices and discounts may differ from the product selection, prices and discounts of the retail stores of SUVENIIRITEHAS OÜ.
ORDER SUBMISSION
The minimum purchase amount is 100 euros.
The customer selects a product or products (or services) in the e-store and adds them to the shopping cart.
To complete the purchase order, we ask the Customer to enter the requested data and make the payment. After making the payment, SUVENIIRITEHAS OÜ sends the order confirmation to the Customer by e-mail. The Customer will receive the invoice by e-mail when the order is ready for delivery.
SUVENIIRITEHAS starts to fulfill the order after receiving confirmation of the customer's sorted payment.
If for some reason it turns out that the SUVENIIRITEHAS cannot fulfill the order in whole or in part, we will contact the customer to coordinate further activities. Upon agreement with the Customer, we either cancel the order or fulfill the order partially.
We accept purchase orders whose destination is outside of Estonia by e-mail: infosuveniiritehas.ee
The goods are sent to the Customer by post machine or courier.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
The Customer pays 100% in advance for purchases made in the e-shop.
Orders can be paid for:
Payment is made outside the e-shop in a secure internet environment.
SUVENIIRITEHAS OÜ does not have access to the Customer's bank and credit card data.
SUVENIIRITEHAS OÜ gift cards and other coupons cannot be paid in the e-shop.
Orders paid at the SUVENIIRITEHAS OÜ store and sent to the Customer's destination are paid 100% in advance by bank card or in cash at the store.
DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS
SUVENIIRITEHAS OÜ delivers Products purchased from the e-store within the Republic of Estonia.
SUVENIIRITEHAS OÜ delivers the Products outside of Estonia on the basis of a separate transport fee calculation and order submitted to the e-mail address info(at)suveniiritehas.ee
There are the following options for receiving orders:
- Omniva parcel machine.
- Itella SmartPOST parcel machine.
- Venipak parcel machine.
- Courier service.
If the customer wants to receive the order from the parcel machine and the order contains more than 1 product, the order may arrive to the customer in several shipments. Shipments may arrive at the parcel machine on different days.
As a rule, the Customer pays the costs associated with the delivery of the Products.

When ordering to the SUVENIIRITEHAS OÜ store 0.00 €
SUVENIIRITEHAS OÜ delivers the purchased Products to the Customer as a rule within 3-4 working days.
If the ordered product is large*, the goods will be delivered to the Customer by courier or they can be picked up from the Store.
*Oversized product - weight over 20kg or length of one side over 120cm.
SUBMISSION OF CONSUMER CLAIMS AND LIABILITY
To exercise the right to submit a claim, you must write an e-mail to info(at)suveniiritehas.ee. Suveniiritehas OÜ service personnel will guide you on how to operate this product.
The consumer has the right to make a claim about the goods or services provided, if it does not meet the conditions of the purchase transaction, within 24 hours from the day of receipt of the goods.
The basis for submitting claims is the document proving the purchase.
We will respond to a written complaint within 30 days. informs the Consumer about this in writing, setting a new focus in time.
Disagreements between the consumer and SUVENIIRITEHAS OÜ will be resolved through negotiations. In case of failure to reach an agreement, Tarbijavaidluste's application for dispute resolution is to the out-of-court Tarbijavaidluste, Pronksi 12, 10117 Tallinn or county court.
PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
SUVENIIRITEHAS OÜ treats the data stored in the e-store order environment about the Customer and his orders as confidential information with the strictness of the law. SUVENIIRITEHAS OÜ does not disclose the personal data it has received to third parties.
Data communication between the Client and banks and the card payment center is encrypted, which ensures the security of the Client's personal data and bank details. SUVENIIRITEHAS OÜ does not have access to the Customer's confidential bank and payment card details.
SUVENIIRITEHAS OÜ collects and processes data for the following purposes: to make purchase analyzes and summaries, to make offers to the Customer and also to organize Customer satisfaction surveys.
The client's personal data is processed by SUVENIIRITEHAS OÜ in accordance with the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Act.
